This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security, for a limited period.
We keep your name, email address and what you write to us so we can reply and, if we work together, run the engagement. We keep this correspondence for up to three years after our last contact, unless law requires longer, for example for invoices.
When we build systems for clients, we process their data on their behalf and under their instructions, under a written agreement. We do not use client data to train models, and we use model providers only under terms that exclude training on customer data. Details are set out in each engagement's data processing agreement.
We process personal data to respond to your request and to perform a contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure, in line with Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. Write to privacy@espise.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
We share personal data only with providers we need to run the business, such as email and hosting, and never sell it. Where data moves between countries, we use contractual safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
